In 2016 the government of Turkey accused thousands of academics over alleged terror propaganda and took them to court after signing a peace petition. The petition demanded that the government should end up the systematic violence against citizens in Southeastern Anatolia, the Kurdish provinces. Over 2000 academics, signed the peace petition: We will not be a party to this crime. In this work Ceylan recalls a memory and recreates a moment of post-demonstration. The edition is made up of 15 unique pieces of prints on found and collected pullovers.
