The pieces in this exhibition is a combination of different concepts and signs that we are already familiar with. What we often overlook—these are the important elements—are combined with what we are familiar with.
The works which were exhibited, deal with the overlooked, largely unconsidered aspects of some past events. While the works in question present subjects such as emphasizing war hidden in peaceful intentions, controlling and presenting news within certain frames, new expectations creating hope as well as fear, or recording the time spent futilely; they invite the viewer to be attentive and urge her/him to see that which cannot be seen and lies beyond what is before her/him.
